An investment announcement was made subsequent to a highly impactful meeting in Singapore, which involved key dignitaries from Telangana – Chief Minister Shri A. Revanth Reddy, IT Minister Shri Duddilla Sridhar Babu, and Special Chief Secretary Shri Jayesh Ranjan, among others.

The upcoming IT park is part of CapitaLand’s strategic expansion in Hyderabad, planned for the growing demand for premium office spaces from GCCs and blue-chip companies. This initiative will be a reflection of CapitaLand’s commitment towards sustainable and world-class infrastructure development.

Singapore-listed office space developer CapitaLand Group has a diverse portfolio of retail spaces, lodging, logistics, data centers, and offices. In India, three business parks are owned by CapitaLand in Hyderabad: International Tech Park Hyderabad (ITPH), aVance Hyderabad, and CyberPearl.
The group’s earlier-announced 25 MW IT load data center in Hyderabad is on track and will begin operations by mid-2025. The second phase of redevelopment at International Tech Park Hyderabad (ITPH) is expected to start this year and will be completed by 2028.
