
Welfare schemes have been so designed that they reach out to all the poor men without any partiality. In this view, Minister for Revenue, Housing and Information Ponguleti Srinivas Reddy conducted coordination meeting in which he was flanked by two District Ministers from Hanumakonda, Danasari Anasuya Sitakka, and Konda Surekha.
The meeting had important schemes like Rythu Bharosa, Indiramma Atma Bharosa, new ration cards, and Indiramma houses. The important attendees at the meeting included State Government Whip Dr. Ramachandra Naik, State Finance Commission Chairman Sircilla Rajaiah, and Mahabubabad MP Porika Balaram Naik. District Collectors and other public representatives were present at the meeting.
Four Ambitious Schemes Set for January 26 Launch
It would implement these from Republic Day on 26 January, Minister Ponguleti Srinivas Reddy said. “It is really a scheme, the most deprived segment in the fields of education, health, and housing, especially food security and all that.”
He said the process cannot be exclusionary and must be clearly transparent and comprise all people. It has to be worked out at the level of gram sabhas, which are meetings at the village level, or even at the municipal-level meetings while finalizing the list of beneficiaries.
Features of the scheme include:
Rythu Bharosa: A financial aid from revenue and agriculture officials who measure the cultivable lands by visiting the fields.
Indiramma Atma Bharosa: Landless agricultural laborer families are to be provided with Rs 12,000 in two installments.
New Ration Cards: The issues are done based on the field inspections made for all eligible families.
Indiramma Houses: These are house facilities to the families that do not have a permanent house.
Implementation Plans and Challenges
Hanumakonda District Collector Pravinya said that such schemes were designed in very transparent ways. Lists of beneficiaries prepared through the revenue gram sabha would be conducted from January 21 to 24 and placed on public notice boards. Warangal District Collector Dr. Satya Sharada explained that 158 teams for inspection would be setup in 186 villages at grass-root level.
Minister Konda Surekha requested coordination among the officers, collectors, and representatives of public also. She said that the Government was interested to adopt good governance through equal welfare measures. This is applicable even for Minister Danasari Anasuya Sitakka, where she placed emphasis on the interface between the Government and people in proper execution.

Local Level Observation and Apprehensions
Greater Warangal City Mayor Gundu Sudharani said that there were errors in earlier surveys for the Indiramma houses and that 3,000 details of people were missing. It is trying to rectify the errors so that no eligible person is left out.
Bhoopalapalli MLA Gandra Satyanarayana Rao opined that the village and ward sabhas should be given adequate time to discuss all issues threadbare. Wardhannapeta MLA K. R. Nagaraju brought ration card and land issues into the discussion of the meeting.
Welfare and Development by the Government
During his rule, the state government is assuring to fulfill the transparent governance by Chief Minister Revanth Reddy. Minister Ponguleti Srinivas Reddy said that development and welfare are placed side by side for consideration. In fact, this time the benefits of governance shall reach every door as the State shall complete the second year of Indiramma Rajyam at the upcoming Republic Day.
